About
Peter
Siepierski, owner and operator of Adrenaline Training Professionals is a Certified Personal Training Specialist, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Certified Swim Instructor with a strong
athletic history. Pete began playing hockey around the same time he
began to walk and throughout his hockey years he played on
teams such as the Major Peewee Cape Breton Selects, Midget AAA Jeans
Experts, Sydney Academy Wildcats and Junior B Alpines.
In
addition to a solid background in hockey, Pete also has over a decade
of powerlifting experience. He entered his first competition at sixteen
years of age and since then has won 4 canadian national benchpress
championships (from 2000 to 2011), was the national pound for pound
bench press
champion in the junior division (2004), has won numerous provincial
titles setting provincial and highschool records (bench, squat
and deadlift) and placed 15th at the 2011 IPF world benchpress championship. Pete is also a proud Cape Breton Pathers Football team
alumni and has since moved on to be the official strength coach of the Sydney Academy Wildcats Football Program as well as the Major Bantam Cougars Hockey Program.
He is interested in training anyone with the
desire to improve their fitness, regardless of their current fitness level and strongly believes that
success in fitness is the result of training, nutrition, rest and
recovery.
